Catholic Church Teaches A Fetus Is A Person AT Conception. SCOTUS IS Mostly Catholic.

Personhood at conception could become the law of the land. And the Church also teachers that ALL interference with conception is forbidden. The Church also teaches that every Catholic is bound to enforce all its views.

The most important radical religionists hold sway. I was raised Catholic. The Church is clear if you fail to accept and practice all beliefs you cannot participate in the religious practices. You can be denied. Of course, if the priests and bishops actually enforced strictly there would be few people in their churches.

the Supreme Court made a bad decision so we need to end the Tax Exempt status of religion.

But in fairness, I don't support ending the tax exempt status of religion, so possibly I'm not looking at it correctly.

11. The Church Teaches That ALL Sex Must Have The Intention Of Conception.

Having been raised Catholic we were taught that married couples to had sex without have the INTENTION to conceive were sinful. They never did teach that one must only have sex during a fertile time. The Church teaches that you must have all the children that God gives you. The implication is that if you do not want to have children ABSTAINING is the only way.

I'm old enough to remember Republicans fear-mongering that Kennedy would defer to the Pope. The SCOTUS Fab Five are all Catholics AND Republican.
