I can not imagine what it could possibly take for a republican to Impeach a Republican Justice.. I doubt there is anything at all that would warrant that.. Scalia could kill and eat a new born child and still not get even close to being Impeached..And he knows that as do the other Extreme Court members. I seem to remember reading about President Jackson and his Supreme Court battles. He is known for saying "The Court has made their ruling, now let them enforce it."
