The USA is not a Christian Nation...The USA is a Free nation

Or at least... it was.

You cannot be both a "Christian Nation" and a "Free Nation". It's one or the other. A Free Nation would never force any particular religion on it's citizens.

They say this is a Christian Nation founded by Christians. They lie. This nation was founded on the principle that you should be free, to worship whatever deity you so choose, as long as it does not interfere with the democratically elected government. The separation of church and state. There was a fucking reason for this.
Babylonsister made a good post about what the response would be if the tables were turned:

If people want to live in a "Christian Nation" let them find or build one. This isn't it. Christianity is but one religion in the Democracy.

discrimination in Europe for centuries is what the 1st Amendment is all about. So many wars and revolutions, within and between Christian nations. That is why the founding fathers wanted to separate government and religion.

The problem has always been, once you have a Christian Nation, the big problem is WHICH sect will be in charge.

Smart men they were.
