I realize that necessity may prevent you from having the opportunity, but you do have the freedom.

Shame on the worker who is too proud to to be grateful for the chance to have employment in a small town where there is close to 15/20% unemployment. They're better off starving a little until they find true salvation, kumbaya.

This is one step closer to being required to embrace your employer's religious beliefs and cultural strictures as part of employment - of strict loyalty oaths and loss of personal privacy being part of the hire package for the most trivial positions within a company. The loss of civil protections and basic legal rights depending on who has the gold to pass around. The breakdown and eventual eradication of secular law in the face of sectarian priviledge.

If one's employer insisted he was the lord of everyone in his company and so was entitled to the right to demand every adult female employee or adult female dependent of that employee had to wear (or not wear) specific articles of clothing as part of their daily lives due to the Robert's court's opinion that "corporations have personal legal rights and legal religious freedoms/right to work" employment, one has the freedom to take that job or risk losing home and health because there's little else available and one can't afford to move to somewhere else there are jobs?

This just means, again, that there are no rights for the average person in 2014 USA that are equal to those who are elite enough, lucky enough, or wealthy enough to buy their own rights and priviledges. The average citizen who can't just start up their own business or be one of the few 10% who are successful at doing so is at the mercy of those who own the means to get and keep employment for their livelihood.
