Dear American Woman...

...please TAKE US ALL HOME!

Really, only you can do it. The civil rights of Black Americans are eroding and our bloodsoaked gains are in full retreat.

The advances of LGBT people are tenuous at best and even moreso in the wake of todays ruling.

This is a macro statement because we need a macro movement. We need a surge. We need solidarity and connection.

Your fathers, husbands, sons and brothers are wrong - in that most support Republicans. Im not suggesting Lysistrata, but I am suggesting that Republican advances in '14 and '16 will bring many more days like today for many millions of Americans

Because, in fact, they DO think they own you. They DO!!

Meanwhile, women fortunate enough to have respect and support from their men should encourage them to more outspoken support, i.e., convincing TeaGOP contacts to reconsider their regressive, repressive viewpoints.

Meanwhile, GOTV and vote as if your life depends on it -- because it really does.
