Sidewalk counseling in front of Hobby Lobby stores

Maybe what we (you and I, and anyone else who cares to join us) needs to do is set up shop every day, before 10 am, outside a local Hobby Lobby store ... closer than 35 feet to its entrance, for sure! ... and "counsel" the women employees who are coming to enter the store. We can "gently" inform them about the incredibly anti-woman views of their owners, and encourage them to quit their jobs there. We might even try to help them find better jobs. We could give them "brochures."

(Edit to add: I meant to include that I thought the customers should be the target of this counseling - to fight for the employees. It appears I accidentally edited that out.)

I would love to see this happen in front of every Hobby Lobby store in the country - the same way anti-choicers "counsel" in front of women's clinics; close up and personal. We would need a brochure full of facts about Hobby Lobby including their investments in companies that manufacture abortifacients, and that the Supreme Court seems to believe women are a threat to people and corporations. There should also be a strong statement about the fact that denying a woman contraceptives could lead to her death. Call Hobby Lobby out on it the way anti-choicers call women "baby murderers".

It would seem that counseling the CUSTOMERS would make more sense. . . .

In where they work.

A worker I met several years ago in a nearby HL hated it there and was actively looking for other work.

And women will find a way to abort even when there are no affordable or legal options available to them.

The more I read the more pissed off I get. I just read a post that the 5 haters are all Roman Catholics. I don't know if that is a fact, but if it is then the SCOTUS has become a joke. There is no justice when a majority religion rules.

since many of these cheap nasty junk shops are in shopping centers, where the sidewalk in front is private property.

Somehow I think there is far more tolerance for the anti-choice crowd and their harrassment than we could ever hope for.
