that a national trucking company tested all of it's drivers for sleep apnea?

that schools are being asked to implement later start times for older adolescents?

I thought the show was very informative about the importance of a good night's sleep.

taking some kind of drug. I usually go to sleep between 12 and 1 but wake up at 6 at the latest, I wish I could sleep 7 or 8 hours.
I can if I take a sleeping pill but I feel tired the next day instead of rested. It seems just about everyone my age (66) has the same complaint.

current economic system that we have. The 1% doesn't care if their workers don't get enough sleep. They don't even care that lack of sleep hurts productivity.
