1)endorse a foreign policy that backs military intervention only as an EXTREME last resort, and never in the Arab/Muslim world.
2)admit that "free trade deals" solely benefit the rich, and promise not to sign any if elected. Push for a new trade policy that puts the needs of working people, the poor, people trying to preserve traditional cultures and the planet itself at the same priority level as short term rate of return for investors.
3)repudiate the punitive welfare bill of '96 and Glass/Steagall repeal.
4)Agree to let the Bush tax cuts die on your watch, no matter what.
None of those things are asking all that much. None would cost you votes, and most would gain you votes.

Yes, the Court sucks, but that just means we need to find other ways to fight on.
