Cops are clearing the interstate, but protesters are getting around them.
They've also stopped Amtrak and BART in the East Bay

UPDATE: Berkeley BART is back online.
I just watched protesters walking down both sides of the Interstate heading South past Emeryville.
Not sure if they are just going to Oakland or making a run at the new Bay Bridge,
