they have no authority over US citizens, nor would any president honor any request for extradition.

And people need to think these things through, if any President allows a predecessor to be tried in another country or before the ICC, it sets the precedent to allow them to be tried as well.

More plainly, if you set the precedent for Bush and Cheney to be tried, it allows for President Obama to be tried as well, perhaps for the drone strikes or some other charge desired by another country or political element within the United Nations or ICC
