I'm a biracial female with mental health issues. I don't trust cops at all.

When I was growing up, I had complete trust in the police. I was raised to believe they were there to protect me, and even into my adult years I still believed that.

In the past few years cops have been killing minorities and mentally ill people -- and getting away with it. I no longer have any respect for the police, which is sad because they are authority figures and I am supposed to trust them. I just can't.

Most if not all of the cops in my small town and surrounding areas are white, and I am immediately suspicious to them because I have brown skin and several mental disorders. I have never committed any crime and don't plan to but apparently you don't have to to be targeted by some of these pigs.

I truly am afraid of these people.
