Email Victoria Texas to protest assault on senior citizens by police

I just emailed the Mayor of Victoria, Texas to ask for the firing/resignation of the Chief of Police and the police officer involved. It is the Mayor's responsibility to see that his chief of police and all cops act to protect and serve, not manhandle old people.
