"She's just running for president" is what they would say

if Warren declared she was running for POTUS right now and tried a push for progressive issues in the Senate. Think about it, every policy battle where Warren would try to take the lead, she would be dismissed as trying to use the issue as a platform for her campaign.

We think of right wing idiots like Chris Crisco, Paulbot 2.0, and Cowardly Ryan the same way. Among other, perfectly legitimate reasons to dismiss whatever their latest shenanigans are, we say "stop running for president".

I think Warren is focused on doing her job in the Senate and she will make a decision about 2016 when the time comes.
