Rachel reported on this tonight. Jane Mayer, through quality investigative journalism, ID'd this guy long ago when she saw a pattern to the "enhanced interrogations" at various sites, and started asking questions about whether there was a "program". Of course, that was denied. But she finally got a lead.
And BOOM! Here's this same guy deeply involved in our torture program, and speaking proudly of it all over the media now.

There are professional psychology licenses for different states, and they have to be renewed from time to time. MFCC is one, MFT, etc. I'm sure an investigative reporter could find out which ones the torturers are licensed for and in which state, and that a stink/public outcry could be raised.
