would be, "Anyone who can completely divide the different factions of the Republican Party (i.e., Tea Partiers, Conservatives, Moderates, and RINOs.)"

No, seriously, this has some gray areas for me. On one side, if it's going to happen, it would be preferable to have someone who won't do a lot of damage.
On the other side, having a foaming at the mouth candidate might tend to cause more sane voters to shy away from him/her.
One thing for sure, it'll be interesting as hell as time goes on to see what the entire field of candidates on both sides will look like
