A Montana jury has convicted a man of deliberate homicide in the shooting death of a German high school exchange student who trespassed inside the man's garage.
Markus Kaarma was found guilty Wednesday in the death of 17-year-old Diren Dede.

"baiting" the garage, leaving it partially open and in the absence of any alleged threat by the exchange student, a murder conviction was probable.
