Michelle Bachmann: Obama Supporting ‘Islamic Jihad’ & Laughed At Me During White House Holiday Party

Former Rep. Michele Bachmann (R-MN) accused President Barack Obama of wanting to “cut the legs” off of Israel, and of dismissing her concerns over reported negotiations with Iran, Buzzfeed reported.

“I asked him to please end their nuclear program, because we have the capacity to end it,” Bachmann said in an interview with Family Research Council leader Tony Perkins. “And I said, ‘Mr. President, this will be on your watch.’ He laughed at me condescendingly, and he said: ‘Well, Michele, it isn’t that easy. But that’s okay.’ Like patting me on the head, like I didn’t know what I was talking about. And I looked back at him, and I said: ‘Mr. President, if Iran has a nuclear weapon, it will be on your watch. And the history of the world will change, because of your failure to act.’”

Bachmann, a former member of the House Intelligence Committee, said the encounter took place during a White House holiday party. As the Wall Street Journal reported last month, Obama contacted Iran’s supreme leader, the Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. “Iran is very clear about their goal — their goal is to have a nuclear weapon,” Bachmann said. “They’ve said, unequivocally, they will use it against the United States and against Israel.”

However, Bachmann did not mention that, according to the Journal, Obama’s message to Khamenei involved the possibility of a collaboration in the fight against the militant Islamic State group (ISIS) that would be “largely contingent” on Iran reaching an agreement on its nuclear program with the U.S. and other countries. Iranian aircraft have reportedly attacked ISIS in Iraq. Bachmann, who did not run for re-election this year, also said that she was surprised “to see the president of the United States, at every turn, cut the legs off of our ally, Israel, and in fact embrace and lift up the agenda of Islamic jihad.” http://www.rawstory.com/rs/2014/12/michelle-bachmann-obama-is-supporting-islamic-jihad-and-laughed-at-me-at-a-holiday-party/

I don't think I could talk to Bachmann without being condescending either. I'd try, but she's as nutty as a can of Planters mixed nuts. I don't know who would win a crazy-off between her, Virginia Foxx and Louie Gohmert, but I'd think it would be darned close.

Because like it or not, there is always the possibility that one of their crazies will get back into the Oval Office.

However, considering the RNC wants a shorter primary season for the express reason of preventing the general public from seeing the candidates' various shades of crazy, it should be amusing.

All the good lies for attacking a country without provocation were used up by W. on Iraq.

He should have offered to take her concerns more seriously if she could actually find Iran on a map. I'll be generous and say she would have had a 50-50 shot.

and that's where I stopped reading. She is "former" and more so than ever, nothing she says at this point, has any meaning or relevance.
