Que viva Latinoamerica!

I am still celebrating recent executive actions by Obama that are good for Latinos. So often US Presidents are judged solely on how much good they do for citizens of the US. But the US Constitution gives the President the responsibility to maintain good relations with other nations, and ultimately the wellbeing and dignity of non-citizens matter just as much as the wellbeing and dignity of citizens. So I celebrate the good Obama's recent actions will do for countless Latinos, whether citizens or non-citizens.
