If NYPD was an army they would be the eight largest army in the world. Since 911 they have been massively subsidized by the federal government.

Las Vegas has a population of 2.5 million vs. 19 million in NY.

It's apples and oranges.

If these two officers were murdered by 2" Black thugs"..Do you honestly feel that the procession seen in this video would have been this small?

Yea I know I know.. about the numbers..But how about a tag concerning how disgusting were the cops turning their backs on the mayor during the funeral... Now thats fucking “Terrible”.

The LVPD is literally 10 times smaller than the NYPD. More people attended today's funeral than the total number of people who work for the LVPD.

You both are missing the forest for the (sic) bees. The total attendance is irrelevant, the noise the police apologists make is what matters. They flipped out because a black guy did it in NYC, they are rather mum because two of their conservative compatriots did it in LV.

Free hotels and airline tickets to bring in even more supporters to the largest police force attending a funeral.

In spite of the sizes of the cities and police forces, I think the point of the OP is valid. It's about who the shooters were.

To a RWNJ it does. For them, it's not about killing cops or anarchy. That stuff is OK w/ them, depending on who's doing it or pushing for it. They have no answer for this hypocrisy.

Pretty much everyone at DU disagrees with what the NYPD did today, but they aren't posting deceptive photos to try to support a bizarre theory...so cops don't go to funerals when other cops are killed by RW crazies? Not really.

didn't make a show of turning their backs on any of the slew of professional 'anti-government/ pro-2nd Amendment remedy' politicians after this happened. The NYPD, through their attitude of arrogance and insubordination is PROVING THE POINT of the @blacklivesmatter protests.

we are hearing about the NYC funerals on every local newscast. Denver is sending cops to the funerals. None of this was true for the murdered Vegas cops.
While media connected the murders in NY to the protests against police brutality, they didn't in the Vegas killings even though the Vegas killings WERE directly connected to the Bundy protest and the NYC killings were only marginally connected to the NYC protests.

I actually heard a Denver anchor describe the NYC murders as revenge for the killing of Eric Garner.
