That's all I can find in the news.

It's amazing who counts as 'global' these days. Such a lack of interest is quite encouraging, really.

MU students burn Islamic State flag in protest of terrorist group's activities

http://www.columbiatribune.com/news/local/mu-students-burn-islamic-state-flag-in-protest-of-terrorist/article_aad647f8-d452-5a01-a830-921cf92f1e15.html

If it had not been homecoming weekend, they probably would have waited until the official say. They were alarmingly politically astute. Even sounding almost rational with an argument I have supported in other contexts.

"Paris said the event was intended to “initiate a dialogue to effect change” and not “to ignite hatred for Islam.” Instead, he said, the event was meant to protest the use of American weapons “that you and I have paid for, to methodically kill innocent people.”

But, I think the timing reveals that the real motivator was bigotry.
