Those parents failed their kid and, unfortunately, all the people who were killed or injured.

In my option, the kid should have been put in rehab and put on probation for a long number of years, and the parents jailed.

while his clueless parents were lost in a narcissistic fog. Best thing that could have happened to him is rehab followed by being sent into foster care, away from those dimwits. In the meantime, the dimwits need to be sued and I hope the survivors don't get bought off.

Shit has to get real for all of them.

He can do whatever he wants. He can even kill more people. Nothing will happen. That's the way the world is. Jail is for poor people.
