BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) - Cory Wells, one of the lead singers of Three Dog Night, has died. He was 74.
Wells, pictured here on the far left with the other members of his band, died unexpectedly Tuesday at his home in Dunkirk.
Beginning in September, the band postponed several shows, saying Wells needed continued treatment for a nerve problem in his back that caused severe pain.
There is no word on his cause of death or if the medical issue Wells was dealing with played any role.

(6,930 posts)Jeremiah was a bullfrog. Was a good friend of mine. Never understood a word he said, but I helped him drink his wine.
Something like that anyway. Darn it.

(37,573 posts)some local news channel had asked "If you were President , what would you do about gun violence?"
I said "I'd throw away the cars, and the bars and the wars, and I'd make sweet love to you, but I may have had too much of Jeremiah's wine."
