Congress to allocate for security but the GOP blocked it. A Republican tried to corner her on not having enough diplomatic security.

I haven't followed the details of this Benghazi foolishness, but my impression has been that the Republicans' cuts to the security budget were the ONLY genuine scandal in the whole sad story.
