She likely won the GE today. That was a complete fucking beat down of the Repiggies. In a football game there is five minutes left in the 4th qtr, and the piggies should be clearing the bench, run straight up the middle and kill the clock. They won't and will throw up a few Hail Mary's that will be picked off.
She beat them silly without any snark, without coming off condescending, without getting angry and without ever calling them out on the Bush/911 hypocrisy. She is now in a position where, with a 35 point lead, she can take back an interception, spike it in the end zone, gyrate towards their bench, and flip them the bird and not be flagged for unsportsmanlike conduct.

(8,419 posts)Who didn't even throw a pick six on the first snap. He tried to throw, but was so inept, the ball lamely trickled out of his hand and was returned for an uncontested TD. He was then immediately benched leaving them with last seasons failed QB or a player to be named later.

(42,383 posts)will convince the most ardent members of both camps that, when the Democratic nominee is finally selected, everyone needs to come together and work their asses off to defeat the repubs.
I don't care what the polls say today -- winning the general election won't be a cakewalk for either Bernie or Clinton no matter who the other side puts up. It will take hard work, organizing, persuading and getting out the vote.
I've been gratified that so many of my fellow Bernie supporters have put aside their differences with Clinton today to "have her back" so to speak. Believe me, if Bernie gets the nomination, we're going to need all Democrats to have his back, too.
