did not boycott the hearing. I think their "turns" allowed her to briefly relax while they testified about the facts. I hope they return tomorrow to support her. I'm certain it felt better to her to see a handful of friendly faces.

She's done. And they are probably weeping tears of relief.

(24,589 posts)How much I appreciate how the Dems on the committee stood united behind her. The Dems had such great "tone." Calm, yet passionate. That's a skill.
I think they will be there to back her tomorrow.
I am a Bernie supporter, but I am growing to like Hillary more lately. I diverge from many of her positions - especially economic. But I feel like we are finally starting to see the real Hillary, and I believe she is not only competent, but compassionate. She and Bill do represent the DLC - more corporate Dems than I am comfortable with - but I'm hoping she can be pulled left, and I believe she would be a President I would be proud of.
What she has been through! She's a survivor!

(61,675 posts)I love me some Bernie! Yep, the DLC thing has me bugged. But she's one tough cookie, and I think she has the mental and physical stamina to handle the presidency. She'd run circles around the Bushes in how much energy she could bring to the job.
I just hope she doesn't stay in Wall Street's pocket...
The idea of Bill back in the WH - woo doggies! hahahahaha!
