Late last night, ahead of her scheduled court appearance today, she finally resigned:...

Dianna Duran is a Republican, the first to hold the office of Secretary of State in New Mexico since 1928. Her key issue was stricter voter ID laws and finding fraud:

"Fraud happens a lot in this state. That's why we need voter I.D.," Duran told The Associated Press last year during a campaign event that featured former GOP presidential nominee Mitt Romney.

Well, she can always go back on tour and belt out the old hits like "Hungry Like The Wolf" and "The Reflex".

when Oil dropped south of 55 dollars. Their Budgets are all based on that price floor. In saying that,every Department in that State is under scrutiny to find money to operate. Some what fimiliar with this,a Historical Entity we are associated with,was notified on Wednesday,that we were not going to receive our funding for next year. And,like anything that happens,their are a lot very angry folks wanting to know why. BTW,the notice came from the above mentioned person. Hey,we will survive by asking donors to dig a little deeper,just have to make our Promotional Folks yell louder.

and other fields near Stanta Fe Taos area. After the Rethugs gained control,New Mexico is looking more like Kansas more and more. Extreme Poverty among the Native and Hispanic Communities. This is were the Secretary of State has led the charge to block this constituent from voting. Amazing how the TeaBillies have gained control. One of the most beautiful States in the Nation with the ugliest group of Politicians.
