The Trump-Cruz ticket has 825 delegates. Need 412 to clinch

If Trump-Cruz wins:
Florida (99 Del.)
Illinois (69 Del.)
Missouri (52 Del.)
NC (60 of 69 proportial estimate)

They will be 132 away. If they somehow win the US Virgin Islands, DC, Guam, and N. Mariana Islands they will be 86 away.

If Trump gets Ohio (63 Dels) too, they are 23 away. Chances are they will wrap it up together by March 22.

A Trump-Rubio ticket has 618 delegates and need 619, but Rubio is unlikely to win any more large quantities of delegates. 619 is 47% of the remaining delegates (1311 Del.)

One more thing to consider:

Trump 463
Not Trump 593

called a scummy liar will join him on the ticket? With his ego and his diety apparently telling him he was destined to be President? I don't think so.

Of course Cruz is in a better position because he can help the first or third/fourth persons.

Trump really needs to win this thing outright. Otherwise his enemies will be out to get him.

The delegates can vote for whoever they like after the first ballot. Trump/Cruz have zero ability to combine them.

and Trump does not have a majority, then it will be a Cruz/Kasich ticket (Cruz probably on the 2nd ballot).

The only way for Trump to win the nomination is to have a commanding plurality or a majority and even then???
