Western States are running out of it, but much of the rest of the world has plenty. So why invest in such an abundant resource? Because it becomes far LESS abundant when you poison it! Fracking is the fastest way to poison vast reserves of ground water under the guise of "energy security". After all, Flint wasn't about saving money, it was about making it for those connected with Nestle.
