How the $%#! did Kasich manage to get fewer votes in AZ than Rubio?

Is he going to be able to stay in the race if he keeps running behind candidates who have withdrawn from the race?

Rubio quit a short time ago, mail-in ballots had already been sent out and some returned by people who either don't like to wait for the last minute, or really like Kasich.

out all the GOP candidates' names were on the ballot. Rubio dropped out very close to AZ election.
