You certainly have the cash to spare, and it sure would be a lot more helpful than a 90 second photo op to hand out PlayDoh.

Why does he always wear that ridiculous hat?

I have two theories: one, it keeps his hair from getting windblown (avoid embarrassing photos), and two, he hopes to sell more hats that way.
