Neither party is willing to forego that Ace in the pocket. I'll take 50/50 with Clinton as Kaine as the tiebreaker.

It means the inevitable Impeachment over the 3 (c) emails will fail.

I'd also like to see them, you know, ACTUALLY filibuster. Stand up there and talk until the session is over, 24/7, or you fail.

Instead of 60 votes to break the filibuster, 41 votes should be required to sustain it unless we go back to the talk-till-you-drop version, which I personally prefer.
