I hope Ryan Lochte saved some of that sponsor millions he's made over the years...

2016 Rio Olympics biggest idiot is getting dropped left and right from sponsors. My guess is that he will also get a suspension from the US Swimming too after lying about 'being held at gunpoint' in Rio (which turned out he was drunk and vandalized a gas station).

Speedo, Ralph Lauren Cut Ties With Ryan Lochte

Speedo USA and Ralph Lauren announced Monday they will no longer sponsor Ryan Lochte following revelations that the swimmer fabricated a story about being robbed at gunpoint during the Rio Olympics.

The swimwear brand stated that the company “cannot condone behavior that is counter to the values this brand has long stood for,” and that it hopes Lochte “learns from this experience.”

I watched the piece that John Oliver did on Lochte last sunday on Oliver's HBO show. Didn't realize what a douchebag this guy is, not the sharpest tool in the drawer for sure.

His parents lost their home a few years back by foreclosure

He has money now, but I think he may have "pissed" it away - if you know what I mean . . .

when I first heard about the real story, I thought it must have been one of the young ones that did the vandalism, not true & they have to suffer because of this idiot. At 30, you would think he had learned sth.

over- exaggerated ?????

People saying 'Kids will be kids' and we should overlook 'Youthful indiscressions'. This guy is 32 years old - kinda outgrew the 'kids will be kids' excuse about a decade ago.

AND YET

20 year old Gabby Douglas got slammed because she didn't put her hand over her heart and people in the US were brutal. Not only is not putting your hand over your heart during the National Anthem NOT a crime nor is it technically required either.

Yikes - he's 32 and such a big baby who runs home to mommy and daddy when he made a boo boo. Pathetic. If I could give him any advice it would be to join AA and go to daily meetings for the rest of his life.
He has a bad drinking problem and its been going on for a long time.
