Having pulled ads from now safe states like PA, VA, and CO, the Clinton campaign has extra resources. Where to spend them. With the last 2 FL polls showing her up 9 and up 14, FL is moving towards safe. It's a delicate dance, do you go for GA and SC and maybe put OH at risk? Very soon the campaign will start looking at possibly flipping some red states and they'll especially target ones with now vulnerable Republican Senate seats. If this campaign starts a serious Ground game in SC they think they are winning a landslide and are going for Senate and House seats.

This has a chance to be a tidal wave if the Dems play it right.

We've been a long time in the wilderness here, but Rachel said the poll's difference was a 9 point edge on young voters for Clinton.

South Carolina turns blue and the Gamecocks win the College Football National Championship! Only one of those thing has a chance of happening this year, and it doesn't involve cheerleaders & a marching band.

Bill, Kerry, Carter ever even close to tied in SC?
I don't think so. Regardless of how early this is, it shows the state of the race. The current trends are showing a real mess on Donald's hands.

SC has averaged a 10 point lard for generic Republican.
As soon as my generation dies out 😩
this state might have a chance.
SC may the last state to go to make the entire Pacific and Atlantic coasts blue.

then she had to spend fifteen minutes discussing the history of polling in South Carolina specifically since the 1960s, usually told through the lens of some semi-vague politician you may or may not have heard of.

Then, at around the 25 minute mark, she mentioned it.
