. . .i think there is often a connection between one's politics and the person they choose to marry. There are exceptions of course, like Carville and Matlin (Of course, sometimes i think they're both performance artists who found a niche in politics), but she may have always leaned republican, or at least consdervative, and that's one of the things she and Greenspan have always had in common.

But the OP stated "Probably where her anti-Hillary stance is coming from." That's very different from saying she married him partly because their political views were in synch. What you are saying gives her autonomy, what the OP said does not.

relationship - would make for a great read....I am sure the mouth Andrea and Hillary have had some battles..

Greenspan was one of the stupid people who said would be good if we remove the Glass-Steagall regulation...of 1933..and then we had the economic tsunami hit...

I believe it was Andrea who won't allow anyone on her program who mentions it....

She has been a news correspondent far longer than she has been married to Greenspan. She was a fully formed person with her own views and political leanings before she ever met the man. To imply that her "anti-Hillary stance" is coming from her relationship with her husband is sexist and insulting to her. Distasteful as her opinions may be, they are her own; she is no one's puppet.

Greenspan was Chair of the Fed. What's the purported negative link to Clinton?
