What is his strategy? Normally people campaign in swing states. He holds a rally in safely red Mississippi yesterday and in safely blue Connecticut last week. Cancels rallies in swing states this week.

(5,810 posts)3. I though the rally in Jackson, MS was to give outreach
To African-Americans. And yet, the audience was almost all white. So he pulled in folks from Madison County and other places outside of Hinds County where Jackson is located. Jackson is
80 % AA with most whites fleeing to Madison and Rankin counties. Makes one go hmmmm, about who he is really talking to with this shift in focus to "African Americans." He has spent the past year showing us who he is. So a pivot away from any of the impressions he made is too little, too late. We know who you are, Donald, and we don't like you.
