In constitutional legal terms, what does this even mean? Not to mention, the "bad dudes" are...

currently being deported after appropriate proceedings.

one might think he doesn't even have the courage of his own convictions, but it all really just reveals that he's been a con artist all a long, and a lousy one at that.
