Take your pick. Maricopa County Sheriff Joe Arpaio has decided that Judge Murray Snow's decision to refer Arpaio's civil contempt offenses to the U.S. Attorney's office to consider filing a criminal complaint against him has become a fundraising tool for Arpaio's campaign.

He blames his troubles -- brought on by his own racial profiling policies -- on the ACLU, the justice department and, of course, Obama.
