I remember in the 60s that you would pass a highway construction project and you would see signs saying your tax dollars at work. We need to start that again. Any government project, such in La. with those trailers for the victims should have that slogan printed on the side of each trailer. In small letters but still very visible.
People are so clueless about how much government spending affects their lives for the better.
