miso (paste made from fermented soybeans and barley or rice malt) shoyu (soysauce) tonkotsu (Tonkotsu translates to “pork bone.”) shio (salted) ra-Men ra-Men (type of Japanese noodle)

If you visit Chinatown or Japantown (Nihonmachi 日本待ち ) you can slurp your noodles to your delight. I do, because...if the noodles are really hot, its a great way to cool them down, as they are going in!
