Russia may be trying to hack into some computer systems. NBC Nightly News had some interviews of election officials calling on all localities to have a paper back up.

(111,237 posts)The 2004 theft here was so blatant and hamfisted that we got 100% paper ballots in 2005. Yes, they're still Opti Scan, but if the results start to look hinky, they can be spot checked by hand counts.
Those easily hacked laptops have got to go. They went here. I suppose some GOP state bought them.
