One Chart Shows How Donald Trump Is Still dominating the Republican Field

Source: Reuters

Despite proclamations that Donald Trump is losing steam as in the Republican presidential race, a new poll shows he's still the clear early front-runner for the Republican presidential nomination.
In a Pew Research Center poll released Friday, Trump leads the pack with 25% support among likely Republican voters nationally. That's 9% above the next-closest competitor, retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, who garnered 16% support in the poll.

Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina and Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Florida) tied for third place with 8% support.

Trump is also still dominating among almost every demographic group surveyed — including women, young people, and those who earn more than $75,000 annually. There are only two exceptions — college graduates and voters who report attending church weekly, voters with whom he loses slightly to Carson.

Here's a look:

Yes I know just what you mean ! Looking back at the CNN debate viewing Jeb Bush standing on his tippy toes appearing to be standing head and shoulders above the rest ,towering over one might say, I thought the same thing, how very unattractive.

The guy can't win anything on his own , he should just retire ,retreat into his own, take to collecting something ,stay away from public domain. He's a dumb dumb loser . But they just keep throwing money at the guy, he's owned and controlled.
for the time being they will let him fumble, stumble and fall all on his own.

But the fall marathon will bring that to abrupt end.
They will ditch em, throw him under the bus,or they will make a total puppet out of him and he will lose that way .
I know so because it says so here !

Archie, yes , and here's the thing, It's my boy Chris Christie that knows how to hit the ringa ding ding'ers ! Chris knows the number that really rings the bell. And he really delivered the dinger at the 2nd. debate.
I had a time of it whipping those tears away when my boy Chris told the story about his fear of having become a single parent on that day. He really got it over on the millions of viewers, the country, with that delivery. My boy Chris really came through ! By the way his wife Mary Pat brings home the bacon !

Chris really came through folks !

onald Trump still holds a strong lead over his challengers in the 2016 Republican primary field.

The Pew Research Center poll, released Friday, shows Trump with 25% support from likely Republican voters nationwide. Retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson grabbed 16% support, Florida Sen. Marco Rubio and former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina got 8% each and Texas Sen. Ted Cruz garnered 6% support.

Meanwhile, Jeb Bush -- at one time the front-runner in national polls himself -- garnered 4% support.

The poll, conducted between Sept. 22 and Sept. 27, asked possible voters an open-ended question of who they would support for the Republican nomination. Unlike some other surveys, pollsters did not provide a list of names.

There was strong name recognition for Trump, but 25% of respondents said they did not know who they would vote for at this point -- just four months away from the first primary.

Trump has been riding high in the polls for months now, but Carson and Fiorina have climbing their way up, too. Trump told CNBC's John Harwood Thursday that if he suddenly begins plummeting in the polls he will drop out of the race.
