President Obama making gains in key battleground states for November

Source: Daily News

THE NUMBERS appear to be adding up for President Obama.

Not the data about the nation’s economy recovery, which remains anemic.

But the President has surged ahead in several key polls that may point to Obama securing the one number that counts in November: 270, the total of Electoral College votes needed to win the White House.

The race between Obama and GOP nominee Mitt Romney has stayed within a few points for months. But Obama, unlike his Republican rival, received a bump in the polls from his party’s convention — and it is important to note where the incumbent is enjoying his surge.

I know things could change, or they could steal it. But damn, it sure feels good to know our guy, no matter how many millions they are dumping into this race is winning.

They've run an excellent campaign so far. I can't even think of any real complaints I have.

Let me see, the republicans created the mess and are keeping the President fro fixing it, and now they want to make it worse by doing what they did before? I guess you can only fool most of the people some of the time. We love you President Obama.

If a Democrat walked up to someone beating themselves about the head and shoulders with a baseball bat, he/she would try and get them to stop.

A Republican would ask them if they had another bat.

the gopropaganda machine had a dead weekend.. let's see.. ryan's lyins and gibberish on the Sunday tubes..mitt doing something stupid(?)..

And, then there was the "Romney's missteps getting scary" and Scarier..

Pres Obama has to continually School the slow learning mittster..

Romney's missteps may be borne of desperation. Or Romney tends to "shoot first and aim later," as Obama charged. Obama said further: "It appears that Gov. Romney didn't have his facts right; (as president) it's important for you to make sure that the statements you make are backed up by the facts, and that you've thought through the ramifications before you make them."

And to do that, people need to register in large numbers and vote Democratic. The Republicons do not deserve to be re-elected. Run the tables on them.
