More search warrants were executed Wednesday night, though Glynn County Police Chief Matt didn't say specifically what evidence might have been found.

(68,868 posts)who came from such a wholesome, respectable family would be suspected of gang ties.
They'll need protection from their prison gang buddies for the rest of their lives.

Now who here would you imagine is stupid enough to believe the person who wrote that crap is a friend of one of the suspects? Jesus H. Christ.

The announcment comes a day after a Brunswick man was shot dead on a city street.

BRUNSWICK - A day after a Brunswick man was gunned down in a city neighborhood, local law enforcement officials announced the formation of a violent crimes task force.
(snip)
As investigators conducted interviews and searched for evidence, Glynn County Police Chief Matt Doering, Brunswick Police Chief Tobe Green and county Sheriff-elect Neal Jump met Thursday morning and announced a coordinated response to combat a surge of violent crimes.
Green said his office has three unsolved shooting deaths counting Lawrences.
The sheriff and two police chiefs had been discussing forming the task force but another slaying, that of County Commissioner Tom Sublett on Dec. 10, delayed its implementation, Doering said.
The crimes arent confined to the city. A few weeks ago, Glynn County arrested three adults and a juvenile on six charges each, including aggravated assault and participating in criminal street gang activity, in the shooting of a man at a county park just outside the city. The victim had gone to the park to sell an assault rifle and the investigators have said the assailants shot the seller in an attempt to steal the gun.

(65 posts)the gun was found. The bullet, of course should have been found before, or speculation might ensue that authorities are simply trying to match a bullet to the gun found in the pond.
