Justin Bourque, the man wanted in the shooting deaths of three Mounties in Moncton, has been apprehended by RCMP in New Brunswick.

Reportedly arrested in the basement of a house. "I'm done" he said to the arresting officer.

They caught him? Alive? They didn't shoot up the house or set it on fire and then bulldoze it to the ground with him inside?
