(2,577 posts)Bye-bye green jobs.
I read today that the Kochs gave Kasich the maximum donation to keep the little jerk in power for four more ugly years. I just can't find where I read the story.

(1,269 posts)Guarantee when I get this month's copy of 'Country Living', the Carroll County Electric co-op's magazine, there'll be an editorial praising this as saving our economy. The dolt's really been pushing my buttons lately by characterizing saving big coal as helping 'raise up the poor around the world'. That is how backwards these folks are.
They could host a Skopes monkey trial here tomorrow and pack the house.
* Carroll county has made more millionaires recently than any other county in the country. There are over 200 operating gas wells. One fellow I met at an auction owns 400 acres and is getting $500/acre per month. That's $200,000 a month.
For 30 years. And that is just the Utica shale. They haven't tapped his Marcellus yet.
And Kasich goes and signs off on this. Or should I say and therefore Kasich goes and signs off on this.

(2,004 posts)Sure do wish Ohioans would wake up to the massive corporate welfare programs that have been enacted in Ohio since 2010. GOTV in November to vote this crooks out of office.
