President Obama: No justification for murder of NYC police

Last edited Sun Dec 21, 2014, 02:52 AM - Edit history (1)

Source: ABC News

President Barack Obama says he unconditionally condemns the murder of two police officers shot in broad daylight on Saturday in New York.

Obama says there's no justification for the slayings. He says police offers risk their own safety to serve and protect their communities and that they deserve the public's respect and gratitude.

Authorities say that before shooting the officers, the gunman announced online he planned to shoot two "pigs" in retaliation for the police chokehold death of Eric Garner. The gunman later killed himself.

Obama is asking Americans to reject violence and harmful words. He's encouraging people instead to embrace words that heal, and to seek out prayer and sympathy for the victims' relatives.

Because VIOLENCE what the cops always do. I also reject this BS:

''He says police offers risk their own safety to serve and protect their communities and that they deserve the public's respect and gratitude.''

- Such a BS blanket statement can only be uttered by someone totally outside the purview of those who have to live under the threat of death from these monsters. Everyone deserves respect. Not just cops.

And when you carry a gun and the license to kill, RESPECT MUST BE EARNED, not given away. Of course Obama wouldn't know that.

Nobody gets a pedestal. Nobody.

Until the cops get their shit together and respect ''the people's authority'' over them, then only more of this will happen...........
