It's disturbing to see.
Those babies were formed that way in the womb by no fault of their own or by their parents. It's very tragic, all around. Especially for the families involved.

This seems to be like nuclear weapons or a dirty bomb. This should be banned.

This has to stop. If we sit idly by while our government uses these weapons, we are guilty too. I feel like this is inviting the worst kind of bad juju.
