This is not a subject for ridicule. At the least, I would like to see investigation and reasonable questioning. Does Beck have evidence to back up his claim about this father? Malloy implies that it isn't true--when he says that Beck's father died recently and can't speak for himself. Is it fair to imply this with no evidence--other than his dislike of Beck--that Beck is lying? And if the abuse is true, then I would like to see, at the least, respect for someone else's suffering, and, at best, compassion. Instead, we get this obnoxious rant by Malloy. This is not the sort of discourse we should be having--about Beck, about rape, about anything. It's no better than Faux News; in fact, it's worse because of the subject--rape of a child and impacts on that child's children.

Yet given Beck's track record, I can understand his credibility gap and the hatred for him. I agree we must give him reasonable doubt and show some compassion here.

What I've always despised is the wingers' faulty reasoning in equating pedophiles with all gays. Most all wingers use such twisted logic to enhance their hatred of gays, Beck included.

Two wrongs don't make things right.

How many times does one have to say "rape" to get a point across? When Malloy gets like this, this is not entertainment, nor good commentary. It's plain stupid and ignorant. Ok, you got your point across. Why so many times? This is a perfect example of the far far left, which makes him no better than the far, far right.
