The title of this on youtube is:

Radioactive Wolves Of Chernobyl - Scary Mutations (Full Documentary)

It was titled by someone who did not watch the full video, or perhaps to get more views from anxious or doomsday oriented people. And it that was the intent, it did a great job, with well over seven million so far.

I thank the uploader very much, although the video disproves the 'Scary Mutations' in the title so I left it off here as a matter of being more honest and less senational. This forum does not have a rule about exact titles.

True, the video shows the level of radiation unacceptable to humans, but the animals appear to be thriving. The 'red forest' images I'd seen long ago were very depressing to me and I was glad to see that they are now green and healthy again.

The landscape is beautiful, a view of the primeval state from which life comes forth, just stunning. Russia is amazing with the amount of wilderness still remaining, something I learned a few years ago.

The return to the wilderness state of 'the zone,' protected before, during and after the fall of the USSR, jointly managed by the nations of Belarus and Ukraine is inspiring. I doubt American oligarchs would allow this to go unmolested, they'd find a way to steal all that biodiversity for profit.

This in not posted as a political statement for nuclear power. This is a documentary about how fast an area can return to nature. It's a long video but worth the time, at least to me.
There is a brief advertisement for the PBS program after it begins and a preview of other episodes of the NATURE series at the end. Just like TV.
