I live in a rural area outside of Las Vegas, and people dump animals out here too often. I've often wondered just how cold hearted someone has to be to do something like that, but this waste of human flesh takes the prize. To bring this pup down into that canyon took WORK and planning. This was a deliberate act of cruelty, and the scumbag that did it deserves to rot in hell.

I don't understand people. It's like there's 2 entirely different populations on this planet. I don't get it. I just don't get it.

He went through hell to retrieve that poor puppy. How lucky for Riley to have a sweet and loving home, and to have a buddy to play with.
